Using the colors from the CAS Challenge and a new to me set called Hello Cupcake, I created this fun celebration card.
I used a neutral for the cupcake wrapper, Soft Suede. The yellow is Lawn Fawn Lemonade and the other colors are Stampin Up Pool Party and Highland Heather. I added clear sparkle to the cupcake icing and a glitter pen to the sprinkles. I am sure this will be sent for a birthday.

This is definitely a fun card. I love that you popped up the middle ice cream. That really adds a beautiful touch. The sparkle adds a great touch, too.
