I watched the Virtual Retreat with Not 2 Shabby recently. With the retreat came a special sheet load of cards sketch by Crafty Al. I made 8 cards with this sketch.

I like to decorate the envelope to match the card, if possible. This time I used the same bee on the envelope that is on the front of the card, as well as the inside. The patterned paper used is Echo Park Bee Happy. I chose SU Crushed Curry for the accent yellow and Accent White for the card base. I used a Lawn Fawn die to cut out the greeting. All stamped images are from an Ellen Hutson set called One in a Buzz-illion.

Thank you for sharing in my card.

Love this! Your decorated envelope and card both look great! Love the colors you chose.
Thank you!
Gorgeous and cute. Love it all!!!
Thank you! I had to trim down the cards as they didn’t fit my envelopes. Something I didn’t even think about as I was just following the sketch. They are still okay, but I liked the border and I lost more than I wanted.
Why not try making your own envelopes. I do that or even cut another one down to make something fit properly.
I already stamped and colored an all 8 envelopes so I just trimmed a bit from each side.
Fabulously fun and pretty card!!
Thank you for joining our challenge at Love Those Pretty Papers!

Thank you! It is a lovely set so I am always looking for unique ways to use it.
What a fun card, I love it. That little bee is just too cute and I like the envelope.
Thank you! I do like this paper and enjoy decorating the envelope.
Great card. Love the cute little bee. I seldom think to decorate the envelope, but it really adds a nice touh.
Thank you! I had to use pencils on the envelope as it was way too thin for Copic markers. I do often place a scrap under my coloring but decided to just use pencils this time.
Fun, happy cards. The patterned paper looks awesome together and a perfect choice for your bee design. Love the stamp on the envelope too.
Thank you!
This is a cute one.
Thank you! I had fun making them.
