Hello and welcome. After several frustrating days I’ve got my new computer figured out (sort of).
Today’s card came about after I watched a You Tube video. In the video she made daisies, but I thought sunflowers are better for fall. Flowers are from an old Paper Shapers punch that I used a cotton ball and stamp pad to add a little darker color to the cs. Centers are a circle punch that I used a Sharpie to add black dots. Stems and leaves were fussy cut. Twine was added for a little interest.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and stay healthy & safe.
Gerry
I like your sunflowers! Pretty card.
This is such a pretty fall card. Those sunflowers are lovely.
So good to see this post. You have been one very busy bee, with crafting and IT activities. Not sure why the embossing is such an important element but it really makes the whole design showcase worthy.
So pretty. Your sunflowers are awesome and the embossed layering panel adds more detail to the design.
Good luck with the new computer. It’s on my list and I’m not looking forward to that purchase.
Love your “happy” fall design! Love the embossed background behind your crisp, clean sunflowers.
You found an idea and made it your own, Gerry. That is creativity in motion. Your card is lovely and your sunflowers are a perfect fall flower.
Pretty bouquet of Fall Sunflowers, so fantastic! Loving that beautiful background texture too!
