The challenge at The Paper Players is a clean and simple card that must include a bee! I decided on one of the bees from a SSS Bee Yourself stamp set. Cute bee images as well as some honeycombs and sweet sentiments, too, are on this stamp set. I did really need to layer my focal image on some light blue cardstock and decided to stencil my card base with a light blend of GKD’s powder blue, honey mustard and soft stone over an Altenew honeycomb stencil. I think it will pass for clean and simple….hopefully….still a struggle for me.

Thanks for stopping for for a peek today. It’s been a little stormy and rainy here today but the sun is shining again so “Things Will BEE Okay”
Gayle, so cute! I think it will pass! Love the stenciling- adds the finishing touch!
CAS is like art, it is in the eyes of the beholder. Some get a bit persnickety. This is so full of interest, motion and sun loving colors for not a lot of stamping.
Adorable card! Love the soft stenciled honeycomb pattern behind your bee and “hive” panel.
Cute card. I have that stencil and it makes such a nice subtle background.
Awesome! Love the bee and the honeycomb background.
Love all the elements you incorporated…who wouldn’t love that cute little bee? Adorable! Thanks for rocking my CAS bee challenge this week!
Thanks, LeAnne, for a great challenge. It’s always fun to play along.
Sweet little bee card. Love the little heart as well as your cute bee. I hear you on CAS being hard, I find it the same way for me.
Thanks so much for your kind comments. I find the challenges just that challenging…LOL.
How sweet! Love the honeycomb …thanks for playing along at The Paper Players this week!
Very cute and CAS in my book
You have quite a bit of white space, so it’s clean and simple enough. It’s a fun card.
