Hello and welcome. Both yesterday and today’s cards are for Jan. 4th birthdays. Today’s card is for our youngest granddaughter’s boyfriend.
I didn’t realize it when I chose the colors, but these are his old high school colors. Embossing folder used is Happy Birthday by Cuttlebug, die cuts are Spellbinders Labels and are popped up. Cross strips were cut with my antique photo paper cutter. Sentiment was printed on the computer. Another very quick and easy card. I now see that I should have embossed the yellow strip… my bad.
Thanks for stopping by to spend some of your time with me. Have a great day and stay healthy & safe.

Perfect masculine card! He will like it since he knows the colors.
Thank you Lisa. I’m going to let him I chose those colors on purpose.
Great card! I like the variation of the embossed and none embossed pieces!
Thank you Diana. Now I feel better about the embossing.
Great masculine card. I forgot about that HB EF – must dig mine out and use it. I have some guy birthday cards to make for January.
Thank you Judy. That ef is an oldie but a goodie.
I like the plain piece underneath in the middle myself. It looks fine and the embossed bits are just right.
Thank you Johanna. Glad you like the embossing as is.
Great embossed card and colors. I, too, like the plain panel layer for the sentiment.
Thank you Gayle. You have all made me feel so much better about the embossing.
Nice masculine card design. Great layers and the perfect amount of texture.
Thank you Lisa. Glad you like it.
