I have been enjoying using new product this week. This card uses a set from Simon Says Stamp called Joys of Spring.

The leaves behind the can are a die from The Stamps of Life. They may be the first time I have used it, but it has been in my stash for a couple of years. The watering can and butterfly both came from the SSS set which came with matching dies. The embossing folder is Stampin Up. I use this cloud folder quite a bit.
The can and butterfly were watercolored with Stampin Up markers. The colors used are Crushed Curry, Shaded Spruce, and Melon Mambo. The leaves are also Shaded Spruce.
This card will be entered in the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by and seeing my card. I am enjoying using product that has been in my stash or is new, but I hadn’t had a chance to use it. The SSS set was purchased recently with a good sale price. I like sales.
This is so pretty! You water colored your images beautifully, and I love those dotted clouds. Great for both challenges.
Thanks! This was the first time using the set, so I will continue as time allows.
SO very spring and refreshing.
Thanks!
The flowers are so pretty for spring. Love the cloud EF.
There are other beautiful images in the set. Hopefully I will use a few more soon. Thanks!
This is super. Colourful and beautifully done with your careful colouring. I really like the cloud folder too.
Thank you! That cloud folder may be my only cloud folder, but it get used a lot. Thanks!
Your watering can of spring bulbs is just lovely Lisa – perfect for spring. Thanks for playing with us over at CAS Colours & Sketches this week!

Thank you! Fun challenges.
Such a pretty, springy card. I am so ready for spring. Thank you for sharing your work on the CC&S Challenge.
Thank you! Yes, we need Spring to come and remain.
What a lovely spring card. Embossed cloud background is so perfect for the pretty spring flowers and the butterfly.
Thank you!
That cloud embossing folder makes a great background. Your watering can and flowers are beautifully colored and the added vellum greens are a great additon to your arrangement.
Thank you! I thought it could use something else and the vellum greens won. I have several foliage dies so I should cut several to use when I am looking for something small to add.
What an adorably sweet card, and your embossed background is perfect. So much wonderful work here, and great take on the challenge. Thanks so much for playing along with us over at Can You Handle the Pressure, hope to see you back again soon!

Thank you! I enjoyed the challenge.
Pretty card Lisa! I love how the water colouring creates soft images from the bold colour palette – so neat!
Thank you!
What a sweet card, Lisa! I love the cute little scene you created! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CC&S!
Thank you! Always a joy to create with the themes.
That stitched background is fantastic for this!
I know it’s not really stitched, but it’s a cool look that “seems” to be stitched.
You are correct. It does look stitched. It is a fun embossing folder. I seem to use it quite a bit when I need clouds and really do not want a lot of dimension. Thanks!
