Always an interesting Clean and Simple Card challenge with the AAA Cards challenge blog and #213 is Small and Few + Easter/Spring option. I always need to remind myself to keep this challenge CAS.
I pulled out the sweet little chicks from Stampin Up’s Heaven Blessed stamp set and stamped and colored the chicks with some markers. I made a circle mask for the image and lightly sponged some Gina K Designs lemon drop ink and mounted the panel on some very spring green cardstock.
Our farmer’s market would always have chicks that were dyed in spring colors. These chicks were so cute to see but thankfully we were never able to buy one. I know what happens to those cute little chicks!!
Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care and be safe.

This is such a cute little card and now you have an early one ready for next years holiday. Great take on the challenge. I’m still thinking about mine.
These challenges are always a real effort for me but I like the way the card turned out.
So cute! I would have passed on the cute live chicks as well.
Lol. I know what you mean Lisa
Cute card. Dying chicks in spring colors sounds like animal abuse. Wonder if their eggs came out colored when they grew up.
I’m sure the animal activists would be all over that practice now but I think it was only food coloring.
Very sweet CAS card.
I’m hoping those chicks you passed on would grow up to be chickens and lay lots of eggs. Your card is a great way to see sweet spring colored chicks!
This is just soooo cute! Thanks for joining AAA Cards! Hugs Åsa
Very cute! Thanks for playing along with us at AAACards!!
