Double D Challenges: Something with a Handle
I want to ride it now!! Actually not really sure if I remember how to ride a bicycle. I grew up with two wheels, handlebar and pedal brakes! Listening to some Queen music made me this of this GKD image from Your One Kind of Beautiful StampTV kit for the something with a handle challenge at Double D Challenges. I stenciled the striped bottom using a portion of Pretty Pink Posh’s wide stripes stencil, added a strip of green cardstock, then decided the card needed something else so very carefully masked and stenciled the sun rays from GKD’s Sunshine stencil. The inside of the card repeats the black stipes and green strip with a sentiment and sun image from the same set.
Funny thing is that when I was uploading this card to my computer this card from 2018 popped up.
LOL – I do believe I like the updated version much better but my 2018 pink glittery bicycle would fit the mood board better than my entry! It’s always fun to play along with Double D Challenges.

Great card and great reminiscing about the days riding my bike. Although I like the pink glittery bike, I do like the background on the newer version.

Brilliant that this one brought up the older card. Both versions are good although the background on the current one is better I think. You do remember how to ride a bike, muscle memory kicks in as soon as you try although a bit wobbly for a minute or two.
