Double D: Something with Pockets
Can You Handle the Pressure: Think Spring
Today’s card was made to enter two challenges, Double D’s something with pockets and Can You Handle The Pressure anything goes with a twist of spring.
All cs and tulip border ef are from SU, pocket and tulips are from the Silhouette. Sorry but I don’t know the name of the pocket’s ef. Tulips were cut from white cs and colored with Copic’s.
Thanks for stopping by, please come back soon. I love to hear your comments. Stay healthy & safe.
I went ahead and added the links and got your entry at the sites. Good thing cuz this looks like a winner to me, especially the double embossing
THANK YOU Bonnie! I had the linking figured out once, but last night I just couldn’t get it. When I sprained my ankle last week I think I sprained my brain too.
You are the best for helping Gerry, Bonnie. I was busy with grandkids and basketball games and wasn’t able to reach out to Gerry.
Very pretty Spring card! Thank you joining our challenges at Double D and Can You handle The Pressure!

Beautiful! I love your pocket with the tulips. I think the pocket looks like a basket weave folder. I have one from SU that looks like that.
Glad you like it Lisa. Thanks for reminding what the folder is.
Oh Gerry, what a fabulous springtime card design! I can smell those sweet daffodils now! lol Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Double D ‘Pockets’ challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.

Lovely Spring card.
Beautiful embossing and those little tulips coming out of the pocket are so sweet. Springtime to me for sure.
Gerry, your card is wonderful with the different embossed textures. Love the blue pocket and those pretty tulips. You made me laugh with your comment about spraining your ankle spraining your brain. I think we all have those times of our brains not keeping up.
Great texture on this beautiful spring creation the daffodils are just perfect for the theme.
