The challenge at the ModSquad Challenge group is to create a sympathy card. For the past six years, I’ve been sending a card to a dear friend in remembrance of her granddaughter who was born asleep. I guess you can still call this a sympathy card for their loss.
On my card, I used the following stamps from Gina K Designs: Dreams Take Flight, Hugs and Prayers illustrated by Nina Brackett and Hello Sunshine. My clouds were a combination of a SimonSaysStamp and Bonnie stencil inked in GKD’s soft stone ink.
Thanks for stopping in for a peek. Take care and be safe!
What a beautiful and thoughtful card. I’m sure your friend appreciates receiving it.
Such a soothing scene. I especially love the pop of blue, gives hope at the end of the day.
Thoughtful card with a soothing scene. I am sure it will let your friend know you are still remembering and thinking of her.
So beautiful and soothing. I know your friend really appreciates your thoughtfulness.
What a pretty card. I hope it will be a blessing and comfort to them. Great job!
