Sometimes the challenge is just getting the card done. I have been in a creative slump for quite a while. The need to create a card to go with a gift to be given tomorrow night and the inspiration photo at the Just Us Girls challenge was just the spark I needed. The flowers are from Bees and Flowers Fancy Dies by Hero Arts, colored with Copics: Y08, G24, C00 and C0. I cut the Vintage Jar die by Sunny Studio from vellum and sponged the bottom with Sea Glass ink by Gina K Designs. I added a bit of burlap ribbon from my stash and frayed it. I found a piece of gold cut with Alison’s Ribbon die in my stash. I recently got some May Arts Kraft Twine from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store which was perfect for the bow. The sentiment is from Clean Line Faith by Simon Says, cut with the smallest Tim Holtz Tag Die. The pattern paper is from Graphic 45’s Secret Garden collection and is cut with the Master Layouts 2 set from Gina K Designs. This was fun to do, but very time consuming. I’m entering this in the following challenges:
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge

Beautiful! Looks so much like the inspiration photo.
Thanks Lisa.
You had me all in at daisies. Love that you frayed the burlap. The time was well worth the effort.
Thanks Bonnie. I was glad I could find burlap ribbon in my stash.
Judy, this is a wonderful card! That patterned paper is just perfect with the burlap adorned jar. Love the look of this. Your bow is perfect, too. So glad you got inspired, as you created wonderful. Hopefully this helps you stay out of a crafting slump for a very long time.
Thanks Golda. i was pleased with the bow since I’m seriously bow-challenged. I’m hoping this will get my creative juices going again.
Gorgeous card, Judy, what an awesome daisy die. Your jar of flowers are so lifelike and much better than the inspiration photo. I love all the elements from the burlap to the patterned paper. You deserve a WOW on this one.
Thanks Gayle. I was kind of wowed by the way it turned out.
Judy, this is so gorgeous! It’s such a great mixture of elements, PERFECT interpretation of the inspiration photo! Wow! Thanks so much for sharing with us at JUGS!!!
Thanks Angie. As soon as a saw the inspiration photo I could visualize the card in my head. After some trial and error on a couple of elements it just fell into place.
So gorgeous. Love your take on the inspiration photo and that pp is perfect with the burlap. Keep that mojo going.
Thanks Gerry. I tend to hoard pp but I really need to use it more because it does add so much to cards.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this!!
What a pretty bouquet! I love how you added texture using this burlap ribbon. Thanks for joining us at Just Us Girls this week.
For someone in a creative slump you sure came out of the gate FAST. This is gorgeous. The little bow adds something special and I love the colours. What the heck I love everything about this card.
Thanks my friend. I had a lot of fun doing it. I struggled with the bow and finally decided I wasn’t going to be able to wrap the twine and tie the bow in one piece, so just did the bow separately and it turned out much nicer. I had a really cute little scalloped edge that I wove the twine through, but got a little carried away when I tried to age it a bit and it just looked dirty so had to start over. The bit of gold turned out to be just the right touch.
