I love the colors for The Paper Players Challenge, so I sat down to create a card. Then I saw the Wednesday challenge with Simon Says Stamp creating a card with no stamps, so I knew I was on the right track for both challenges.

I used Lawn Fawn Stitches Leaves, die cut from Pretty Peacock, Blackberry Bliss, and Cajun Craze. My glitter is strips cut from Bronze glitter paper, The Paper Studio. The patterned paper is SU Designer Paper from the In Color Suite with Pretty Peacock and the Regal Suite with Blackberry Bliss and Cajun Craze. I saw this layout idea on a video with Sharon Armstrong, SU Demonstrator. I enjoyed making my layout then adding the leaves on a glittery square.

Thanks for the enjoyable challenges!
Beautiful card! Love your color choices!
Thanks! It took me several days to finish this. I think I keep getting busy with life and my crafting is taking a back seat. I do enjoy this card! It is different than anything I have made.

Wow! Lisa, this is beautiful! I love those colors together and how you pieced your background so beautifully. Those leaves are great, as well.

What a clever background you created for your trio of colourful leaves Lisa – I love the strips of sparkle interwoven between the colour too. Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
