One more back to school card designed with the IT’s the Thought That Counts (Sentiment as the Focal Point) challenge at The Sisterhood of Crafters challenge. Keeping this one simple, I stamped some crayons from the Teachers Clear stamp set from TPC Studio in colored ink and then highlighted each crayon in the same color surrounding the Concord & 9th’s Double Cut Alphabet dies using only the base letter.
Good luck to all our students and teachers. Definitely not starting out as a normal year for any of them.
I like the bright colors. Super card for the person heading back to the classroom wherever it is located.
Thanks, Lisa, yes school will be different again this school year.
Very clever, love the layout and use of color.
Thanks, Bonnie, the stamps were not high quality but I liked the concept too.
Very cute card!
Thanks, Diana.
Great job making your sentiment the focal point. Your subtle crayons allow the colorful letters to remain the focus while adding to the “elementary school feel” to the card. Well done!
Thanks Lisa, I always appreciate your support and comments.
Cute back to school card Gayle. So bright, cheery and CAS. Both students and teachers need a cheery send off this year.
Gayle, this is a great card! I love that your fun and colorful sentiment is the focus.

I really like how you put this one together. It has a lot of elements yet still remains simple. Lovely colour choices too.
