I’m getting a jump start on Easter cards. I stamped The Old Rugged Cross background stamps (Divinity Designs) in GKD Warm Glow Ink on Ivory CS, then cut with the largest Deckle Rectangle die from Pawsitively Pawsome Designs, matted with Bubblegum Pink on a Grass Green card base. The flowers and sentiment are from the Daffodil set by Divinity Designs, cut with the matching die. Colored with Copics Y04, Y08, Y18, G24, G46, R81, R83. The vase was cut with a Marvy punch – this is the reverse side of one of the vases I cut a couple of weeks ago for Valentines when I cut the design upside down. Nice that the reverse side worked. I’m entering this in the CAS Colors & Sketches #358 and Simon Says Wednesday Add a Sentiment
What a fun layout and design. Seems that you are going to be ready for this spring. Not too early, the time changes in a couple of weeks.
Yes,I am so ready for Spring and the time change.

Thanks Diana. The color combo just said Spring to me.
Beautiful card! Love the old hymns and works perfect for the flower. So fun to use those old punches and create something new.
Thanks Lisa. I got The Old Rugged Cross at a stamp show last year and this is the first time I’ve used it.

Judy, this is a beautiful card! I love that song, so the music background is a great touch and absolutely fitting for an Easter card, too.
