This week’s challenge is to make a one-layer card. I often create my card on a piece of paper the same size as the card base and place them together using my MISTI. Here is the link: http://modsquadchallenge.com/layer-me-not/

The stamp set used is a mini-set from Gina K Designs, You Make me Smile. I colored the image using Spectrum Noir Tri-color blends: Coral Blend, Citrus Blend, Citrus Green Blend. I used a BG10, Cool Shadow Copic marker to trace around the flower. I added border lines to ground the flower, using a Tombow marker and a t-square ruler. I added sequins. You will also find this card on Split Coast Stampers in the Dare to Get Dirty challenge.
Your pen outline is really the perfect frame. Hard to do and you got it so right.
Love this set! Very nice!
Thanks, Diana. I think this is the first time I have used this set, or colored the flower. I got it from my sister and totally forgot about it.
This is just beautiful Lisa. Love the penned outline.
I agree with Bonnie you got the pen outline just right. Beautiful card
Great job on this! I love the outline you created for it, as well.
Love the coloring and the inked outlined frame for your card. Good Luck.
This is so pretty and your coloring is just beautiful. I love that you used a pen to make a frame without adding layers. Great take on the challenge, thank you so much for participating this week at the Mod Squad Challenge
