I have been adding some more browns to my wardrobe lately and thought my card is a good reflection of that. Using Taylored Expressions Rotating Gingham Stencil, I ink blended cinnamon ink on the brown cardstock and toffee on toffee cardstock, cut the panels and then had quite a time trying to line up the pattern. I’m sure there is an easier way but my design lines are pretty close to matching. I stamped TE’s Simple Silhouettes in versamark and heat embossed with champagne embossing powder. The sentiment is also TE’s Anytime Expressions die cut with Modern Sentiment Labels backer die. I must have the original labels die set somewhere and will have to make a search for it. I did make a second card with a few tweeks but forgot to upload it.

Great card Gayle. You used the colours perfectly. In general I don’t use brown very much and it isn’t my go to for a focal. I like how you used the papers to make a statement.
