Unfortunately, I’m not the one on vacation but the grandkids are finished with school and taking a break from their sports and headed to Hawaii with their parents. They finally arrived after a four hour delay in Dallas and I’m sure they are snorkeling or trying their turn at surfing. This card was for our granddaughter and uses a Cuttlebug embossing folder, patterned paper from my stash, Hero Arts Seashells fancy dies and the sentiment from a stamp set gifted to me. I think it should fit the requirements for the sketch challenge which I switched around a bit but if it doesn’t it was still fun to create. And the best thing is that I finally like the seashells that I added. LOL!
My card will be shared with:
As You See It Challenge #374 Sphere of Influence

Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care and make it a great day!!

Lovely! I like the ocean vibe.
Love this! So pretty with the beautiful pop of color with all the white.
A lovely interpretation of the sketch and I like your little scene.
Such a lovely card – the contrast of the blue water paper against the rest of the card is just fab! Thanks for playing along with us at As You See It challenge – it’s a great interpretation of our layout!
Thanks for a fun challenge.
Pretty card. Love that pop of color and the ocean vibe it puts off.
Of course, you had me at seashells – they’re wonderful, especially against that circle of ocean. Good choice on the wavelike embossing folder too. Lovely! Thanks for sharing it with us at As You See It. 🙂
What a great card! Those seashells are such a beautiful and fun touch.
Great card. Love the seashells. What lucky kids to be able to vacation in Hawaii.
Thanks Judy. They are very good travelers, too.
