I made this card using a video from a winter card making summit. I changed the paper from winter themed to spring themed.

The video was by Wendy Lee, a Stampin Up demonstrator. This patterned paper was a gift and I had one scrap left. It is a Gina K Designs retired print. It was enough to cut into 7/8 inch squares. The scoring is done at 1 inch intervals then an added 1/8 inch score line next to it. I had a Park Lane stamp set close by and the hello fit in a square. I added a red gem, SU brand.

I enjoyed changing the video theme to match what I have. I hope to continue to do more of this as I own a room full of craft items. Thanks for sharing in my card today.

Love this, Lisa. I had to read this a few times looking for the embossing folder you used then finally dawned on me that you scored it! Well done and quite beautiful!!
Thank you! I even marked my scoring board at inch intervals. It helped.
So, so pretty!! I love it. I think there might be a CASE in my future.
Feel free! I feel honored. I bought the summit classes, and I was looking for a different idea and remembered this video. Hopefully my instructions make sense. I had to mess up at least one before getting it right. The front panel is 3.5 X 5.5 inches.
It’s a beautifully designed card, a fabulous way to use those papers. Thanks so much for joining our challenges at Love Those Pretty Papers and Simply Clean & Simple!
