Birthday Stars

Hello and welcome.

Today’s card is for our granddaughter’s 26th birthday. Since she’s always liked sparkly and I saw the Double D challenge was stars, I thought what’s more sparkly than stars.

Background paper was found online, center star was cut from glitter paper on the Silhouette, center die is Stitched Squares by Die-namics. I’ve had that birthday ribbon for years. The small stars are from Detailed Santa Thinlits from Stamipn Up. Before cutting the small stars I added double backed adhesive to the glitter cardstock. In the picture the ribbon that goes to the top and the bottom of the pp looks like a little different color, but it isn’t.

Thanks for stopping by I really appreciate you taking the time. Have a great day and stay healthy & safe.

  2. So pretty and great idea to make a star card for your sparkly granddaughter. Love the ribbon. It really finishes off the fractured card idea with a special touch.

  3. I so love that your cards fit the recipients perfectly. You go to a lot of work to encourage those around you and I bet every one of them notices, whether or not they say anything. This is a great card.
