The pp was found online, dinosaur is computer clip art fussy cut and popped up, word bubbles are from and online coloring page, also fussy cut and popped up. Inside sentiment is paraphrased from a couple different ones. Since her dad and maternal grandpa always call her Bernadette, but everyone else calls her Bernie, I added her name both ways.
