This may be my beginning of my Christmas cards. Yikes, I’m so far behind but it will be ok. I think I work better under pressure, anyway. So for my card today, the Double D challenge is stripes and/or dots. My striped background was made using Taylored Expressions Easy Strips Maps, green and shimmer white cardstock cut into 1/2 inch strips, Catherine Pooler’s Stamp of Approval Candy Cane Lane stamp and die set, and Spellbinder’s Christmas Blooms dies.
Double D Challenges: Stripes and/or Dots Challenge

Fun mood board but opted to go with Christmas for the above stated reasons. LOL!! Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care and be safe.

Fun card! I like the stripe pattern.
Thanks, Lisa.

Thanks Diana always fun to play along.
Love the striped background! And the candy canes are so cute!
Fun card. Love the way the stripes go. Cool idea to have the circle from vellum so the stripes show through.
So fun to see dots on one of the candy canes. Cool greens with the red
Thanks Bonnie.
Very Festive! FAB candy cane and I love the Vellum die cut–there’s just something magical about Vellum! Loving your stirpes, that design is great! Thanks so much for playing along with us at The Double D, Stripes and/or Dots Challenge. Donna, DT Member.
Thanks, Donna. Always fun to play along.
Great card! Love both your stiped and your dotted candy canes. The background is lovely, as well.
Thanks, Golda, it is easy to use those TE maps.
I’m not getting all the info of postings at the moment, so forgive me for missing this one. I love it and it is a great take on the challenge.
Thanks, Johanna, I wonder if something was
up with WordPress. I had trouble with one of your posts recently.
They keep making changes, but sometimes the change just makes us confused.
Great way to include the stripes and dots. Those candy canes fit the challenge perfectly, and I love the background you created.
Thanks, Lisa.
