Holiday Card Workshop 2022 – Day 9 – Snowflakes
Today’s class by Kristina Werner instructed us to create a Faux Embossed Snowflake background by die-cutting snowflakes and stacking four on top of each other for dimension. My faux embossed snowflake background is more of an older style embossing folder instead of the 3D embossing folders since I only stacked 2 snowflakes. LOL. Snowflakes, and focal layer are cut from shimmer paper and Joy die cut was layered and topped with a scrap of glitter cardstock. I needed a pop of color.

The second session by Caly Person was a beautiful Snowflake Easel card. That will need to wait for another day.
Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care and stay safe.
Beautiful!
Very pretty! Looking forward to your Cally easel card.
Thanks, Lisa, I hope to finish the easel card, too.
You are a hoot in the description of how your interpreted this assignment. 3D id grand but so is your creation. Easel card are always fun so your will be great to see.
Thanks, Bonnie, all of that die cutting seemed to excessive for me. I hope to get back to the alternate classes.
You are funny, Gayle! It looks great. The color on your joy is a beautiful touch.
Beautiful!!! Love the gray & white with just a pop of color.
Gorgeous!!! You still got great dimension with only two layers.
Thanks, Lisa, I was supposed to cut the snowflakes four times but it was way too much work. LOL.
