This month’s Gina K Designs challenge is to have minimal color on your card. I chose to stamp butterflies today. The Sisterhood of Crafters has butterflies in their challenge.

I used two sets for this card: Tropical Blooms and matching dies and the other is Sending Love. I fussy cut the large butterfly then added color with alcohol markers. I found a stash of sequins earlier in the week, so I used a few on this card. I added sparkle to the butterfly, but the photo doesn’t show it.

Great idea to have the one pop of colored butterfly on your black and white card. Definitely eye catching and a great take on the challenge.
Thank you!
Such a great way to show off that one special butterfly.
Great card, I love the pop of the beautiful colored butterfly! Thank you for playing in the GKD July MM challenge!
Thank you! I always enjoy GKD challenges.
Beautiful. You can’t go wrong with butterflies and the one from Sending Love is one of my favorites. Your pop of color is great.
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing with us at The Sisterhood of Crafters.
Thanks!
What a beautiful way to add your minimal color. Great job on this card.
Thank you! I enjoyed taking time and creating a few fun cards.
This is so pretty. Great idea to have one butterfly add a pop of color.
Your colorful butterfly looks great on the black and white background you created, and your greeting is positioned perfectly! The sequins are a nice touch as well.
Very pretty card and design! Thank you for joining our challenge at The Sisterhood!
