Sunday Stamps SSC280 In the Middle
Today’s inspiration came from two challenge blogs. The Paper Dragonfly challenge was Birds with a origami dragonfly….oh my! And a very classic sketch with the Sunday Stamps group using any shape in the middle.
I wasn’t quite sure how to incorporate the birds and dragonfly together but when I saw the sketch challenge decided on patterned paper. Gina K Designs patterned paper was the focus of my birds…birds with umbrellas, my center shape is an Altenew Linear Crossroads die and my origami dragonfly finished off this card. I guess there is origami paper but alas none in my stash so I used patterned paper. These fingers of mine kept on getting in the way of my folds but after the 4th try decided this was the best of the bunch. LOL. Always fun to play along with these challenges.
Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care and be safe.

Oh what a delight, with all the pp and added layers. The blue base makes the whole thing cohesive and happy.

I love your take on both challenges and that origami dragonfly is totally awesome. My fingers didn’t like folding either.
It definitely was a challenging but fun challenge. Great job as guest designer.
