Falling Leaves

Double D Challenges: LEAVES

Fall is almost in the air! It was a little brisk for our morning walk today but heated up again so summer can continue a few more days. In the meantime, the Leaves challenge mood board at Double D has helped me create my card.

My recipe for today’s card is: Simon Says Stamp’s large Stitched Maple Leaf Die cut from a piece of plaid printed paper and a inked/stenciled background I had on my desk for awhile. GKD’s Autumn Wreath Builder and Autumn Splendor stamp sets. TCW Skeletal Leaf Stencil, AALL&Create Dote on Diamonds stencil, Tim Holtz Idea-ology mummy cloth, Denami Designs seal brown 1/4″ ribbon and some GKD kraft and powder blue inks.

Thanks for stopping in for a peek. Have a great day and stay safe!

  1. This is a super fall card and meets the challenge perfectly. After our recent drought we have sunk into fall with a vengeance. We needed the rain, but it is also quite cool and we’ve had to put the heat on already. Can’t craft if my hands are too cold.

  2. I am loving that plaid maple leaf! So unique and pretty. Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Double D.
