The challenge at The Paper Players is a theme challenge by Joanne: Beside the Seaside. We finally had our first visit to a beach at the Jersey shore on Friday so I remembered our Buddy Lisa K’s recent card and used our visit, her card and the inspiration photo to create my card.
The stamps used for this card were: Hero Arts Color Layering Waves, GKD’s Nurturing Blooms for the sentiment, Melanie Muenchinger for GKD’s Gifts from the Sea for my birds and my Bonnie cloud stencil.
Lisa’s sympathy card can be seen here.
Thanks for stopping in for a peek. Stay Safe!

I like it! Thank you for honoring me with a CASE. I like your water and the fun birds.
Thanks for inspiring me Lisa.
Like Lisa said, your water is very inviting. The layout is great and you made it CASE but still your own.
Thanks Bonnie. I maybe needed some more definition in the colors of my layers of water but I like how it turned out and Lisa’s inspiration.
Lovely peaceful card. Great CASE of Lisa’s card.
Thanks, Judy, your shells card will be my next CASE.
Gayle, this is a beautiful card! Love that you CASEd Lisa, too.
Great CASE of Lisa’s card. This is so calming and peaceful.
Love that you CASE’s one of us and did such a good job on it too. Love the serenity to be found with this design.
I love the way that you used a frame to add interest to your peaceful ocean scene. Just lovely! Thanks for playing along with our seaside themed challenge over at The Paper Players this week!
