I love coloring this big floral image from the Simon Says Thankful Flowers kit. Usually I color it with light colors, but for some reason I was inspired to uses these rich reds and I really like it. Copics used: R89, R39, R27, R24, R22, G99, G03. The Cherry Red card base makes the colors pop even more. The sentiment is from an older set by Gina K Designs called Assorted Greetings – it is such a great all-purpose set with sentiments for inside the card as well as outside. I’m entering this in the Mod Squad Challenge and the Simon Says Monday Challenge.
Stunning! Love the red!
Thanks Diana.
Great job on your coloring especially with the shades of red.
Thanks Bonnie. I usually tend to use brighter, lighter shades of red, but this totally worked for me.
Very pretty! Love the deep shades of red. Glad you left the bling off.
Thanks Lisa. I sometimes add bling right before I send a card, but I don’t think this one needs it.
This is just stunning. Love the bold red and CAS feel.
Bold and stunning flowers….this is gorgeous.
Thanks Gayle.
Judy, you have been quite creative recently! I’m loving your cards. The shading on your roses is great! Beautiful reds you used and that layer really does make them pop.
Thanks Golda. It’s fun to be creating again.
Beautiful card, I love the colors you have chosen. Great take on the challenge, thanks so much for playing along with us this time over at The Mod Squad.

WOW the visual impact of this is amazing, Love how you coloured it all. Very beautiful.
Thanks. The flowers in the patio at the hotel where I stayed this weekend were just about this shade. I like to use deep colors for flowers sometimes
