I am having a lot of fun with the My Monthly Hero Kit from January 2021. This large floral image is such a lot of fun to color. I used Prismas: 956 Lilac, 952 Violet, 1005 Limepeel, 1006 Kelly Green, 1082 Chocolate. I used the matching die to cut the colored image and cut three more from junque white to add dimension. I embossed a white panel using a 5×7 Honeycomb EF by Cuttlebug, then lightly swiped my Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide ink pad to add color. The sentiment is from Mini Tag Sentiments by Divinity Designs and fit perfectly in the honeycomb. I added a foam square to the bee’s wings for dimension. The card panel is a deep purple from my stash Here are a couple of other cards I made with this kit.

These are all beautiful! You did a great job coloring your images, and I love the subtle differences on each design. Great touch to add the ink to the embossed background on the first one, and your small greeting tucked into one of the hexagons is so cute. Love the fuller look on the arrangement of the flowers and bees on the second one. And the subtle background on the third looks great. They all came out great. I think the yellow one in the middle is my favorite: it’s so bright and cheery!

I love all of your cards Judy! They may use the same main element, but they are all quite different and lovely. The third one is my favorite, simply because the blue flowers and the yellow bees is a beautiful contrast. Its wonderful that you are having so much fun with that kit.
