Another day of Online Card Class with a bit of sparkle being front and center for the lesson.

The sparkle was created with glitter gel by Faber Castelle. My jar was fairly dried, so I added a little bit of water to try to revive it. I was able to get enough sparkle on my palette knife to spread enough to get the sparkly effect. I ink blended the background with a few distress inks. I used the Lawn Fawn Scripty Hello die. The gems are from Hobby Lobby. I am using a lot of items from my stash. I ran out of my favorite foam adhesives, so out came the Hobby Lobby that is a bit thicker. This will definitely cost more to mail as it will not fit through the slot on my mailing guide. Several years ago the USPS gave my husband a plastic guide with a slot for your letter to fall through. If the letter or card can go through the slot with no help, a single stamp will work, otherwise, extra postage is needed. I use this tool every time I mail anything. I remember these pieces of foam a bit thick for the card to fly through unassisted.
I am entering this in the Paper Players Challenge due to the sparkle in the hello.

Beautiful card!
What a pretty CAS card.
Your sparkly, colorful background looks great behind your negative, and your gems match perfectly!
Pretty CAS card, Lisa. I have that guide from the post office, too, and use it often. The foam makes the card more interesting but can unfortunately add extra postage too.
Love the guide. Yes, this foam and be a tough one. Thanks!
Beautiful card here. Loving the colours and design
Absolute CAS perfection! Love the cheery colors and those sparkly accents. Thanks so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!
