I saw a video by Dawn Griffith, https://dawnsstampingthoughts.net/2019/12/birthday-bonanza-envelope-gift-card-holder-video.html and got busy creating money holders with her idea.

The paper is from Echo Park, Celebrate Christmas pack. The greeting is from The Stamps of Life, elves2stamp. I used Sizzix Scalloped circle dies and SU Stitched Shapes dies for cutting the greeting. The ribbon is from our stash.
This was exactly what I needed today, so I was excited to see her video with such a simple holder.
Very pretty!
Thank you Diana! I think they will like it.
You say simple, I say elegant and a delight for the recipient.
Thank you! I thought simple because I was trying something that was harder yesterday. This started with an envelope, pieces that were already cut and left over. I think they will love the money that will be placed inside.
I agree with Bonnie these are elegant and I’m sure will be well received. It is a lovely way to give a money gift.
Thank you, Johanna. The money will be well loved!
These are gorgeous, Lisa. I love your color choices and patterned papers.
Thank you! They are last year’s Christmas papers and had several pieces cut waiting to be used. I made for a simple, quick holder.
These are beautiful, Lisa! Great job on taking an idea and running with it.
Thanks Golda. I love seeing a idea in a video or somewhere and it just clicks. I cut the ribbon too short, but it is fastened down and I will just let it go.
