I had a lot of fun using this Santa Sleigh and Reindeer die set that I ordered from Amazon. The name on the packaging is WYSE. I was quite surprised that the sleigh cut out on my Big Shot using the metal shim nicely. A lot of die cutting as I stacked each image 3 times.
#1 and 2 use GKD patterned papers and embossing folder on #2. I sponged some patterned papers as my background for #3 , 4 and 5 and added my Bonnie snowflake stencils on #4 and #5 with some texture paste. Finally #6 I stamped a tree from SU’s Lovely As A Tree (my all time favorite set from SU) and added the white glitter deer and GKD Sentiment.
You have been busy. They are all so special, but I am partial to the 5 with the deer and soft bg.
Thanks, Bonnie, I was debating about that one but love the subtle image of your stencil on the background paper.
These are so beautiful! I am partial to #6 with the Lovely as a Tree and the GKD sentiment in the corner. All look like so much fun! Glad you shared.
Thanks, Lisa, that SU set has been around so long but doesn’t go out of style.
Wow you’ve got a great start on Christmas. My faves are 3 & 4
Thanks, Judy, I really enjoyed making these and loved the idea of the sheet music and Bonnie’s stencil on that patterned paper seem to have worked nicely.
Wow – these are wonderful. My fave is #4 but all are really beautiful cards.
Thanks, Johanna, I’m so happy that the “Bonnie stencil” showed up on that card and I really did like the background it created over the sponged patterned paper.
Another WOW! You have been busy. I have that sleigh die – love it! These are all great!
Thanks, Diana, it’s like once I got started I wanted to try different cards. It kept my interest. I was worried about the sleigh and the intricate details but it worked out fine.
Wow!! You’ve been busy! Love them all!
Thanks, Jan, I had a lot of fun with these.
And another WOW!!! You have been one busy lady and they are all amazing.
Thanks so much Gerry. It’s been fun.
Gayle, these are really pretty. So fun that you got so much use out of them so quickly, too. I love that soft and silver one, as it’s so elegant.
