I had fun with some tropical images from The Stamps of Life. They just celebrated being in business for 10 years and these images were part of their celebration. I saw the idea I used in their gallery. I can’t take credit for it, but loved the artist’s work.

The toucan stamp set was free for club members in the month of August. It is available for purchase if you are interested. I had fun coloring the toucan. I used a variety of alcohol markers, some Copic, some Spectrum Noir, and at least one Bic. The flower is watercolored. I made several flowers and have them sitting in a cup, waiting to be used. This has already gone out in the mail. I love when I am able to use the card immediately.
This is fabulous Lisa. That Toucan is just right and I love that his beak is multicoloured. I got a Toucan stamp in my Hero arts set and you just gave me a great idea of how to use him. A wonderful card all round.
I just saw your Toucan card. Looks like a fun set. Glad to give you an idea. Thanks!
Love this! And it is what I keep telling myself with this move! Haha! Actually, things are moving right along. Hugs!
Yes, this would be perfect for you! Glad things are going well. Blessings!
I, too, love your coloring. Someone is going to have a big smile when they open that envelope.
Thank you! I enjoyed coloring him.
Lisa, you did a great job! It’s your own project, even if you got the idea from someone else’s work. I bet they are thrilled that you liked it so much you did it, too.
Thank you! She doesn’t know I used her example as I never comment there. I am sure other’s have loved it and followed her idea. It was fun to color!
Lisa, this is FANTASTIC!! your coloring is amazing. Someone is going to be very happy receiving this.
Thank you! I enjoyed coloring these toucan’s.
