I’m entering this card into the StampTV August 2019 “For the Boys” challenge hosted by Sheri which we are to create a project with a male theme. I’m not sure if this would be considered “male” theme but this summer the place where my husband was most relaxed was during our visits to the Jersey Shore. I used Melanie Muenchinger’s “Gifts from the Sea” for my background. Covered my cardstock with versamark then stamped the images and covered the layer in Perfect Pearls “perfect pearl” and then brushed some prefect bronze Perfect Pearls by Ranger onto some of the shells. I partially stamped the row of shells and added a simple sentiment. GKD cardstock used on this card.
It is very shiny IRL and I kind of like the way it turned out.

Wonderful masculine card! Love the beach theme and your husband will love it! Thank you so much for playing along with this months Monthly Mix challenge over at Gina K. Designs!
Great masculine card Gayle. Isn’t it fun making a card that shows the recipients interest?
Fun masculine card! I love seaside themed cards.
WHat a great use of Perfect Pearls. Will have to give this a try.
Great card! Love that you were thinking of the recipient when you made it!
Nicely done, Gayle! As it doesn’t have anything frilly on it, it certainly counts as masculine card.
This is a perfect masculine card but would also work for a sympathy as well. It is beautiful Gayle and I’m sure your hubby would love it.
