I am playing along with the Christmas in July challenge at the Mod Squad Challenge Blog: http://modsquadchallenge.com/christmas-in-july-christmas-theme/

I got inspiration from Mary Fish at StampinPretty.com. I used her card idea to create this card, along with the coloring of the mouse. Stamps used are Merry Mice, retired from Stampin’Up, Music Background, retired from Gina K Designs. The white cardstock is Gina Designs heavy base weight and layering weight, the red is Cherry Cobler from Stampin’Up. It is a perfect match for GKD Cherry Red, which is what I used to stamp the greeting. All coloring is Copic markers.
I really like this layout. I searched Google for ideas for this stamp set. It is one I received from Mom’s estate and this is the first time inking it. Looks to be a fun one.
Cute! Love the music background!
Thanks Diana. I found the music background difficult to stamp even with the Misti. I have probably used a different ink before.
So cute!
I need to stamp the other mice. I had no idea they were so much fun to stamp and color. Thanks!
I have the hardest time with out of season creating, but you seem to be able to swing right into it. You are so right, the layout is perfect compliment to the focal coloring.
Thank You! I prefer to do this in cooler months also.
Awe a sweet little mouse – love! TFS @ Mod Squad!
Super cute, Lisa!
Thanks, Gayle. I do like fun critters.
This is a great card. That singing mouse is cute.
Thank you, Golda. The singing mouse seems to be a hit. Have to color the other mice, now.
This is just way too cute. Gotta love a cute singing mouse.
It was fun to make. Thanks Gerry.
Adorable mouse and a good background for him. Your colouring is perfection.
Thank you, Johanna. The mouse is fun to color.
