Here is one that is supposed to show a treat. It uses Hero Arts stamps from the first online order I made.

This next one is a fun one. The challenge is to “glam up the gray”, so I did my best to make Henry more glamorous.

So, Henry is the elephant from a set called Henry Says. He came from the thrift store for around $1. He is stamped on scrapbook paper that is called Textured Silver, but it looks very gray. He is even embossed using clear ink on top of the Narwhal ink from Lawn Fawn.
The last card for the challenges looks quite fun!

The guitar is from an SU set called Country Livin’. It is an acoustic guitar and in my household, it will not be turquoise. It had to have bright colors for the row I chose, to it will remain turquoise. The row I chose to create with is: Sequins, Bright Colors, Music. I used a patterned paper from Echo Park for the backgroud; it was already cut from another project. The balloons came from a Maymay Made It set called God is on the Move; it is a car set, Love Bug. I felt the guitar needed to have balloons so it looked like a birthday present. The Happy Birthday is a Lawn Fawn freebie set.
Thanks for hanging in there with my slow posting of these cards. I enjoyed creating them as it is a great stress relief and I have surely needed that. Enjoy! 🙂
Wow! Lisa, you sure were busy making beautiful cards! Love that fancied up elephant and your turquoise guitar. Your treats look yummy, too.
Thank you! These were fun challenges to participate in. I do like the elephant and the guitar.
Thanks Johanna! We have colorful guitars. The elephant is fun to stamp and create with.
Well girlfriend you have been very busy. The first one looks very yummy, the cute little “party animal” (aka elephant) is adorable and the colorful guitar and balloons make for a perfect “happy” birthday card.
