This is the Valentine I made for my husband following a technique Gina K did in a recent video. I cut the card base 8 ½ x 11, then trimmed it to 8” and scored at 4”. The hearts are from Master Layouts 4. The black layer was left from another project. The pattern paper is from a pad of Valentine PP by Stampin’ Up – the sheet I used has LOVE in various languages. The white scalloped layer is also from Master Layouts 4, trimmed so that the card base created a nice red border. The sentiment is from Frame Flora by GKD. The hearts are from Friendship Hearts also by GKD. The white behind the heart is the envelope – it made the black layered heart show up better.

A beautiful Valentine card and perfect for a man. I like the languages on the PP, it makes it interesting as a heart layer. Its a great take on the challenge.
