Birthday Balloon Background

Using one balloon from Taylored Expressions Balloon Party layering stencils, I rainbow stenciled a balloon background. After masking areas around the chosen balloon, I started in the middle of the card background with a light red then filled in around that balloon trying to keep in rainbow order and not create any muddy balloons. After adding a TE frame and word sentiment popped up on a vellum circle, this card is finished. No extra gems or bling as this one may be included in my package for cards for troops.

Today’s card will be shared with two challenges:

    1. Thanks, Johanna, this was fun to make once I found the balloon I wanted to use and taped off the surrounding ones and kept on repeating ROYGBIV. It was a fun challenge.
