Re-do and reworked my card busy sunflower tag card from yesterday. I think I had nightmares about that one but I deconstructed my original card. I was able to take off my tag with no issue then mounted it to a white cardbase, added a little gold bling and a aqua blue butterfly and a second green sprig! The background sunflowers which was my base for the original was a do over on the other side of the cardstock. I didn’t like the splatter or is it spatter on the card and stamped it this time in kraft ink, popped up a separate colored sunflower, a vellum strip and bolder sentiment with a tiny sentiment strip.
I think I do like the sunflower field better than the tag….I may just not be a tag on card girl.
You were all very kind and supportive on your comments on the previous “flop” and I appreciate all of you. All constructive critiques are always welcome. Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate all of you and your time. Take care, be safe and stay cool.

I like your remake. The sunflower background is so pretty. The colored sunflower on the vellum piece, really pops. I like tags sometimes, but I would make one just like yours with the vellum and colored piece before a tag.
Thanks for the tip.
I also like your remake with the pretty sunflower field background. Great coloring of the sunflower. The sentiment on vellum looks so nice think I better try it.
I didn’t see your previous version until just now and I can see why you decided to deconstruct it although it isn’t a really bad effort. I’m not a tag person and rarely make one. The new result is lovely. I like the background with the single coloured flower on top. Very pretty and your sentiment is great on the vellum.
Tags are not my thing either. Sunflowers sure are
These both look great – two for the price of one! Your black greeting on the subtle vellum and kraft background really pops on your first card. And I still really like your tag with that beautiful ribbon and gold cord.
Both of these are lovely, Gayle! Too funny about having nightmares regarding your card. Sometimes I wake up with ideas for cards. Creating definitely keeps our minds working.
Thanks, Golda! I’m glad I deconstructed it and was able to make two better than horrible cards and can now sleep at night.
