Sunflowers are plentiful and have been a big business the past few years with several closeby farms planting fields of these beautiful flowers. With that theme in mind, my card is my attempted CASE of Amy R’s recent card but I think my card is a whole lot busier. WOW…it’s really busy for me!! I started with a trio of sunflowers from a Simon Says Stamp Sunflower Field stamp and die set that I snagged on clearance awhile ago. I flicked some yellows and greens on my image, die cut a Sizzix Tags #3 die, added some Taylored Expressions Flower Market stamp set and dies for follage, sentiment from the SSS Sunflower Field stamp set and some ribbons from my stash. There is a huge sunflower stamp in that SSS set so I inked it in Gina K’s honey mustard ink and stamped on my card base. I even added some black splatter to my card base as well as punching out three Martha Stewart butterflies. Whew….this is one busy card!!
I will be sharing my card today with:

Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care, be safe and stay cool.

Looks like you had fun creating this card! Your sunflowers looks great, and I love your tag with the ribbon and gold cord.
You are kind…not a fav of mine and I may deconstruct and put the tag on a clear base.
I like sunflowers. I have not seen Amy’s video, so will search it out. Lovely card!
Thanks for your kindness. Not really a fav of mine but something different.
Creative and beautifully designed sunflower card!!

I agree with Lisa, looks like you had fun creating this one. I like the tag background for the lovely sunflowers.
You are all being very kind and supportive but I think I need to deconstruct and try again with this one. LOL.
Parts are exciting but I agree with you. Use some in different combinations
LOL….what was I thinking? Definitely a different look for me.
It may be busy, but it is pretty. Great job on the sunflowers.
Thanks, Golda, I appreciate your support. Not my best work but something out of my comfort zone. for sure.
