Eleventh Birthday

More is Best! That’s the motto of our granddaughter when she makes her cards. So when the challenge of using more than one fold came up with Cardz 4 Galz I felt like this was made for the upcoming eleven year old .

My card is a double gate fold card…two folds folded back on themselves so does that count as four folds? Scored my card, found some cute patterned paper from my stash and then searched for this tropical flamingo image from Great Impressions.

Here’s where the more comes into play with a second Great Impressions tropical foilage circle was included on the right side gate fold.

And yes there is even the most for this sweetie. The inside was stamped using Hula Cat from The Cat’s Pajamas and Aloha Diva from Gina K Designs. The 11th die cut was made using Concord & 9th’s double cut dies. Some bling on all portions completes my card today that will be shared with:

Cardz 4 Galz #202 More Than One Fold Challenge.

Thanks for stopping in for a peek. I appreciate you and your time. Take care, be safe and stay cool.

  1. This is AWESOME!!! Fun tropical theme going here. Perfect for your “more” granddaughter who vacations in Hawaii. She will absolutely love this.

    1. Thanks, Gerry, I have a few more years to go before she decides that she wants to spend her 16th birthday in Paris!

  2. Brooke is going to love this card. You really went to town and all those extras you added make for something special. A GREAT more than one fold card. I really love the additional circles that hide underneath each other. You coloured it all beautifully.

  3. I love the bright colors you used! The second circle with the 11th birthday sentiment was a happy surprise and I am going to have to CASe it, please! Thank you for joining us at Cardz 4 Galz! I hope to see you in the gallery again soon.
